Ocean Electronics will conduct its business with integrity, respecting laws and the rights of individuals where we operate.
All employees of Ocean Electronics AS are expected to act in accordance with these principles and the requirements set by the company.

The Code of Conduct describes the company’s obligations and requirements for both compliance and ethical business practices, and for personal behavior and conduct.
It describes what Ocean Electronics expects from employees, and what both employees and Ocean Electronics’ business partners can expect from the company.

To help us live by this Code of Conduct in our daily work and decisions, all company governance documents must comply with this Code of Conduct.

We shall always strive to exercise good judgment and care when working for Ocean Electronics AS.
In cases where there are differences between applicable laws and regulations and the standards set forth in this Code of Conduct, we shall apply the highest standard consistent with the law.
Violations of this Code or applicable laws may result in internal disciplinary action, dismissal or even criminal prosecution.

Employees are encouraged to consult with coworkers when they encounter problems or have questions regarding compliance with the Code.
Employees are also required to report any violation of this Code or applicable laws that they witness.
Reporting violations in good faith will never be grounds for disciplinary action.
